Your Policy and Resources Committee is responsible for setting Council policy, preparing the annual budget, control and supervision of the budget, setting Fees & Charges, information technology, audit (internal & external), Council staff and establishment, task procedures, complaints, Risk Management, Strategic Plan (five year plan), the Town Hall (building and function room) and both licensed bars (Town Mead and Town Hall).

Your Council – Your Meeting

Like most Waltham Abbey Town Council meetings you can attend to observe, comment on individual agenda items and raise a question.

If you’d like to raise a question with the committee please let the Town Clerk know by 3pm the day before.

It would also be a great help if you could let the Town Clerk know if you intend to attend the meeting, particularly given the relatively small size of some of the Town Hall’s meeting rooms and current COVID considerations.
