Town Councillor vacancy for Waltham Abbey North East ward
To call an election ten registered electors need to write to the District Council, to be received by 28th June 2021.

Notice is hereby given that a vacancy has occurred in the office of Town Councillor due to the resignation of Cllr Ann Mitchell.
An election to fill the vacancy will be held if notice in writing of a request for such an election is made by ten Local Government electors from the Waltham Abbey North East Ward of Waltham Abbey Town Council area and received by the Returning Officer of Epping Forest DC at the Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, CM16 4BZ by not later than 28 June 2021.
If an election is not requested by ten Local Government electors as detailed above, the vacancy will be filled by the Town Council as soon as practicable after the expiry of the date given above.
